RAPTURE - PASSIONATE POETRY
* BIRTH OF
THE SAGE *
He journeyed to the peak of his soul’s unrest
And focused his perception beyond the precipice
That detained him from sovereignty
And knowledge best
And arrived at the edge of truth
It was there that I found him within the mist
That clouded his vision like a tornadic twist
Of gray debris and puzzlement
And offered my humbleness
With tenacious resolve he funneled through
The storm of illusion that meant to slew
Him back within deception’s ruins
But doom would not reign
He floats in tune within the Light
Where wisdom clear is black and white
And pauses not for gaudy deceit
Insight of the Sage gazes on…
